We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the site work, including our email provider (Kit) and our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy), and only as needed to provide what you asked for. These providers have their own privacy policies.
This site is intended for educators and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You may use this site and its free and paid resources for your own teaching and educational work. Please don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Free and paid downloads are licensed to you for your own personal, classroom, and professional use. You may print them and use them with your own students and colleagues.
You may not post our downloads on your own website, share them in shared drives or learning platforms, email them to groups, or otherwise distribute or republish them. If you’d like others to have a resource, please direct them to Literacyheart.com to get it themselves — that’s always welcome.
Paid purchases may not be shared, copied, or redistributed under any circumstances. A purchase licenses the materials to the individual buyer only. Schools or teams that want multiple copies should arrange a bulk order (email connect@literacyheart.com).

Our resources are created by people. We sometimes use AI tools to help with drafting, design, and production, but every resource is shaped, reviewed, and approved by a human educator before it’s published, and the ideas, research, and judgment behind our work are our own.

Purchases are handled by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and manages applicable taxes.
